EZEKWESILI DIVULGES THE ASTONISHING TRUTH ABOUT APC IN A RHETORICALLY GRANDILOQUENTLY MANNER AT THE "APC NATIONAL SUMMIT...
Obiageli Ezekwesili was invited by the APC to deliver the keynote speech at the summit which held on March 6, 2014 in Abuja. The party folks probably thought Ezekwesili would spare them but she did the exact opposite. The truthsayer told APC that their common identity being APC will not solve Nigeria situations...
Here are ten of the highlights of her interesting and surprising speech:
“You asked me to speak, you will have to bear with me…” @obyezeks to APC
Your gathering has to be a conversation deeper than how you’re going to chase PDP out of power, says @obyezeks #ANewNigeria
“Doing the migratory dance between one set of acronyms and another does not solve the problem”
Political parties have been part of the problem of elite failure. Nigeria has never had real political parties, says @obyezeks
“If you are here and you have ever benefited from BH killings, judgment awaits you!” – @obyezeks. | And folks shouted AMEN! #APCSummit
“The young ones you thought you knew are no longer the same. They now hold leaders to the highest level of accountability” – Oby #APCSummit
“The leadership that will serve above self is NOT yet in your party manifesto” – @obyezeks tells them at #APCSummit
“Structural problems require structural solutions. Changing acronyms don’t solve the problem” – @obyezeks #APCNationalSummit
‘Some of you went to collect the centenary award. But if the truth be told, we are no where near celebrating’ – @obyezeks #APCSummit
Ezekwesili has said the Bitter Truth.
May God Bless Her for Standing Out!

AUCHI POLY TO BECOME DEGREE AWARDING INSTITUTION
The National Universities Commission (NUC) said on Friday that the Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo, would soon become a degree awarding institution.
Mr Adamu Yakassai, the NUC Team Leader, disclosed this when he led members on a resource verification tour of the institution.
The visit was in preparation for the school to affiliate with the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, for the award of the degree certification programme.
Yakassai said that the commission visited four faculties, including the School of Environmental Studies, School of Engineering Technology, School of Business Studies and the School of Education Studies.
“We must commend the Rector for facilities and staff development, which are the two key areas for resource verification.
“For the NUC visit, we are satisfied and we hope that at the commission when we submit our reports, that they are going to give a positive answer,’’ he said.
Also speaking, the Director of Academic Planning, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Mr Anthony Chiegboka, who represented the Vice Chancellor, said the institution was happy to affiliate with Auchi Polytechnic in awarding degrees.
Chiegboka said that the institution was satisfied with the facilities at the polytechnic, adding that the university was looking forward to affiliate with the polytechnic in other areas of awarding degrees.
“We hope we are going to receive a successful report from the NUC in this resource verification covering four faculties for the beginning of a degree programme.
“There are plans for us to affiliate with the polytechnic in other faculties for awarding degrees in the institution, but we need to start from somewhere first,’’ he said.
The Rector of the institution, Mrs Philipa Idogho, said the visit by the commission was the beginning of a new dawn for the institution, adding that the visit would enhance the status of the polytechnic.
“This visit is very important to the institution because we are going into another phase of awarding degrees in collaboration with the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
“They are happy with our facilities, personnel and the environment,’’ she said.
The rector noted that the team was satisfied with the kind of facilities the school had for becoming a degree awarding institution.
“Honestly, they are satisfied with this inspection and the report we just received now gladdens my heart.
“And that is one of the legacies I want to leave behind me to make sure that the polytechnic is a degree-awarding institution.
“And you know we just started this and the future is very bright and this is the struggle we have been on since 2009, and we are seeing it materialising,’’ she added. (NAN)

2FACE ATTACKED BY FANS
Some fans of Nigerian entertainers 2Face Idibia, Wizkid and Omawumi are really upset with the trio and other acts for performing at the Nigerian Centenary celebrations which took place on Thursday 27th February at Abuja, the nation’s capital.
The trio and other stars including IK Osakioduwa and Funke Akindele who were the Masters of Ceremony incurred the wrath of some Nigerian youths for participating in a show they termed as uncalled for and a wanton waste of money, and coming shortly after more than 50 students of the Federal Government College, Yobe State, were slaughtered by Islamic militant sect, Boko Haram.
The fans are not happy that someone like 2Face who recently berated the country’s politicians in an interview with a foreign radio station could also identify with the same politicians because of money.
The event which is in celebration of Nigeria’s 100 years of existence has drawn the flak of many who feel that hosting the show with so much pomp and pageantry at a time the nation should be mourning the death of innocent children is uncalled for.
Though many of their fans are of the view that it is the only way they could participate in the sharing of the national cake, others still think they have betrayed a majority of Nigerian youths who are feeling the brunt of the present government misdemeanors.
What do you make of the situation?

Skales moves to Timaya’s Dem Mama Records.
Following his walk from Banky W’s Empire Mates Entertainment, rapper/singer Skales may be pitching his tent with Timaya’s Dem Mama Records.
An inside source, who insisted it’s not official yet, told HipHopWorldMagazine.com that there are strong indications that Timaya and Skales are going to be in business soon, adding that the former EME boy has already moved into Timaya’s home.
“He may be signing with Dem Mama Records soon, he has moved in with him,” the reliable source told us.
Skales’ 3-year contract with EME ended in January 2014 but made news a few days ago. Reports say EME didn’t renew the singer’s deal because he wasn’t making money for the label having spent so much money on him, plus he was signed as a rapper but he insistently switched to being a singer, apparently pushed by the success of his label mate Wizkid.

Essay on My Career Path for financial Accounting
Financial Accountancy (or financial accounting) is the field of accountancy concerned with the preparation of financial statements for decision makers, such as stockholders, suppliers, banks, employees, government agencies, owners, and other stakeholders. Financial capital maintenance can be measured in either nominal monetary units or units of constant purchasing power.[1] The fundamental need for financial accounting is to reduce principal–agent problem by measuring and monitoring agents' performance and reporting the results to interested users.
Financial accountancy is used to prepare accounting information for people outside the organization or not involved in the day-to-day running of the company. Management accounting provides accounting information to help managers make decisions to manage the business.
In short, financial accounting is the process of summarizing financial data taken from an organization's accounting records and publishing in the form of annual (or more frequent) reports for the benefit of people outside the organization.

Pastor Tunde Bakare has denied recent reports that he labelled political party APC, ‘satanic’
“APC is like a newly opened church of Satan with the evil as a pastor which could not be distinguished by Nigerians from a true living Godly church and hence could be mistaken for a real church, even when it was made of thieves (Legitimate Pen Robbers),” Mr. Bakare, who pastors the Latter Rain Assembly, was reported as saying during a sermon.
But his lawyer says he never made such a comment
“The publication which has been shared on other online news platforms and social media has no shred of truth. It is malicious, offensive and intended to disparage our client and cause him embarrassment and public condemnation.”

(A must read) An astonishing love story of peter okoye Άŋϑ lola omotayo
love story of Peter Okoye & Lola Omotayo.
Genevieve magazine December edition featured Peter and Lola Okoye on the cover and their amazing story! Reading this will help you understand better why Peter places Lola above all....It's pure love from Lola
"After we had scaled the hurdle and became friends, I kept preventing her from coming to my house because everyone called her boss. From her wristwatch and everything, I would be like."CHEI! This person no be my level"
One day, I took ill and I guess she tried to reach me but I wasn't picking up. She then called brother who told her I was ill. To my horror she then came over to my house. To be honest with you, I was so ashamed that after she left, I wanted to know who invited her to my house"That person don buy my trouble".
I remember living in a small room which my brother and I shared. Our bed was a mattress on the floor. The wardrobe had clothes overflowing to the floor and the room was littered with unwashed plates and half drunk pure water nylons. I was lying down as a broken fan did its best to circulate the air and she walked in and said hello.I felt as if I was dreaming. The picture of five boys sharing a two-room apartment was definitely an eye sore. I didn't know where to look when she came in.She just tip-toed to where I was and looked at the environment then called her driver and asked him to come into the compound.
"She picked two shirts and asked me where I kept my underwear.I didn't want her to go there so I told her they were washed and drying outside .She helped me get into her car and took me to her house. I remember sleeping in her arms as we drove through thick traffic. Although I wasn't really ill by this time, I pretended to be very ill especially as I saw the layout of pounded yam and Egusi with goat meat,
Food over, she gave me some medication and I stayed at her place for three days and kept pretending to be ill because I din't know how to go back to my house.
Infact it was the first time in my life I was sleeping in a room with an airconditioner"
